The character of the NCLC environment and staff offers a nurturing, well balanced home-away from home experience. We stimulate active learning with exceptional age appropriate education.
30 experienced and qualified educators comprise the current staff. We pride ourselves in a very low staff turnover. Many of our staff have been with us for 10-30+ years. Our entire staff is certified in CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Emergency Preparedness, and State of NH Health and Safety Federal Training Requirements.
Each staff member has a commitment to child care and a desire to lead each child to the path of self-confidence and achievement.
